Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment Works:

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide flexibility and reduce order-related issues.

Initial Payment (Online)

Pay a fixed ₹200 advance payment online during checkout to confirm your order.

Due Amount (Later)

The remaining balance of your order will be payable in Cash on Delivery (COD) to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Payment Structure

  • Upfront Payment: A fixed ₹200 non-refundable advance payment is charged when you place your order.
  • Remaining Amount: The balance amount after deducting the ₹200 advance is payable in cash to the delivery agent upon delivery.
  • Example: If your order total is ₹1,000, you pay ₹200 online at checkout and the remaining ₹800 by COD at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

  • Your order is confirmed only after the ₹200 initial payment is successfully completed.
  • You will receive an order confirmation with your order details and initial payment information.

Delivery Process

  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
  • The delivery agent may require payment of the remaining balance before handing over the package.
  • Please ensure that the remaining COD amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Initial ₹200 Advance: The ₹200 advance payment is non-refundable after 24 hours of placing the order, as it helps cover order processing and related costs.
  • If you cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period, refund eligibility will be subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
  • The remaining COD amount is not charged until delivery, so there is no refund applicable to the unpaid COD balance.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery cannot be completed after 2 delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled.
  • In case of a failed delivery, the ₹200 advance payment may be forfeited to cover processing, shipping, and handling costs.

Exclusions (e.g., Discount Coupons)

Discount coupons and other promotional offers may not be applicable to orders placed using the Partial Payment option, unless specifically stated otherwise.

The ₹200 advance payment remains fixed and the remaining amount is payable through COD.

By choosing the "Partial Payment (₹200 Advance + COD)" option at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
